Behavioral Health Services
Mental health care should not be complicated to access.
At MindReach, we offer comprehensive psychiatric services for patients of all ages, built around your schedule and delivered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
Your mental health journey starts here. During your initial evaluation, Dr. Choyce takes the time to truly understand you, not just your symptoms. She will review your full mental health and medical history, explore what has and has not worked for you in the past, and listen to what is going on in your life right now. By the end of your evaluation you will have a clear, individualized treatment plan that addresses your specific needs and goals. This is not a rushed appointment. It is the foundation of everything that comes next.
When medication is part of your treatment, consistency and communication matter. Dr. Choyce does not just write a prescription and send you on your way. She monitors how you are responding, checks in on side effects, adjusts dosages when needed, and makes sure your medications are working together safely. Follow-up visits are focused, thorough, and built around how you are actually doing, not just how you are supposed to be doing on paper.
Psychiatric medications we manage include antidepressants, mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, anxiolytics, stimulants, and non-stimulant ADHD medications. All prescribing is evidence-based and guided by your individual health history.
Who it is for: Patients currently on psychiatric medications or being considered for medication therapy.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do for your mental health is talk to someone who is truly listening. Our individual counseling sessions give you a private, judgment-free space to work through what you are carrying. Dr. Choyce uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help you understand your patterns, process difficult experiences, build coping skills, and move toward the life you want. Sessions are conducted via secure telehealth so you can show up from wherever you feel most comfortable.
We address a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, low self-esteem, burnout, and more.
Who it is for: All ages. Sessions delivered via secure telehealth.
Children and teenagers face mental health challenges that are real, serious, and often misunderstood. Whether your child is struggling in school, dealing with behavioral changes, experiencing anxiety or depression, or has recently been through a difficult life event, early intervention makes a significant difference. Dr. Choyce provides thorough psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care for younger patients, always with developmentally appropriate communication and meaningful family involvement at every step.
We treat conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorder, mood disorders, trauma, and behavioral concerns. We also coordinate with schools, pediatricians, and other care team members when appropriate to make sure your child has full support in every area of their life.
Who it is for: Children and adolescents. Parental or guardian consent required.
Mental health care in the later years of life requires a provider who understands the full picture, including how aging affects the brain, how chronic illness intersects with mood and cognition, and how medications interact differently as we get older. Dr. Choyce provides patient, thorough psychiatric care for older adults that accounts for all of this. She takes the time to listen, never rushes, and works collaboratively with patients and their families to create a care plan that protects both mental and physical health.
We evaluate and treat depression, anxiety, grief and loss, cognitive concerns, sleep disturbances, late-onset mood disorders, and the psychiatric effects of chronic medical conditions. Medication safety for aging patients is a core part of every visit.
Who it is for: Adults 65 and older.
Recovery is possible, and you do not have to do it alone. Substance use disorder is a medical condition, not a moral failure, and it deserves the same compassionate, evidence-based care as any other diagnosis. At MindReach, we provide comprehensive SUD evaluations and medication-assisted treatment to help patients stabilize, recover, and rebuild their lives. Dr. Choyce understands the deep connection between mental health and substance use, and she treats both together so that recovery has a real foundation.
For opioid use disorder, we offer buprenorphine and Suboxone induction and ongoing management. For alcohol and opioid use disorder, we offer naltrexone evaluation and initiation. We also provide general substance use counseling and ongoing support throughout the recovery process. Every treatment plan is individualized, non-judgmental, and built around your specific situation and goals.
If you have been hesitant to reach out because of stigma or fear of judgment, we want you to know this is a safe place. Dr. Choyce has seen firsthand how substance use disorder affects individuals and families, and she brings both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to every patient she serves.
Services include: SUD initial evaluation, buprenorphine and Suboxone induction and management, naltrexone evaluation and initiation, and general substance use counseling.
Who it is for: Adults and adolescents experiencing opioid, alcohol, or other substance use disorders.
